My tech guys put PC Cillin on my laptop when I bought it, and I put it on my desktop because my Norton was expiring. Now I cant seem to get AC in. I have it marked as an "always allow" but for some reason I cant get in.
Is anyone else using PC Cillin and do they have a problem with configuration for AC?

Have you made sure that both the AC client and the AC launcher are allowed through the firewall? I think I have at least a half-dozen entries on my firewall "allowed" list now, just for AC.
If you can't get it to work ... look on the web for AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition. That's what I use at home and at work, and we're switching the whole office over to it from Norton. It hasn't had a single problem with AC, either.

Thanks, I finally switched off the PC-Cillin firewall and just use it for viruses and spam. I have to rely on the Windows firewall, but I'll check out the AVG.
Thanks!
